Please note the following:
- Our club welcomes people from 10 years of age upwards.
- All equipment is provided during the six week appreciation course. Normal casual clothing is suitable, but, please no baggy or loose tops as these tend to get in the way.
- Please note that a parent or guardian is required to be present for anyone under the age of 16.
- The course starts at approx 18:30 and lasts for 1 1/2 to 2 hours each session. (We like you to get here early on the first day though as we need to perform some registration work.)
